Is it true that the Port Orleans resort has no Exercise room?

Unofficial627, just thought I'd post the link to the Dreams Unlimited Travel website regarding the Port Orleans Resort (http://198.65.141.47/resorts/port/port-overview.htm). It might not have an exercise room, but it does have a lot of other wonderful ways to keep healthy (like a great pool area, lovely grounds, bicycle rental, etc.). Pay particular attention to the "Pools & Recreation" page.

POR/FQ do not have an exercise room. The only moderate that has a Fitness Center is CSR.

As far as I am aware the Sheraton Four Points Lakeside has a fitness room, has anyone used this and if so what facilities did it have, how would you rate it.
