sweet 16 Candle Lighting Ceremony Stands

could someone please tell me how to make these? trying to
make it myself to save some money, how hard are they to make??

It almost looks like you need a basic candle stand, or you can take a piece of wood and drill holes for the candles.
For the name you could probably get chipboard letters at a craft store like Michaels or AC Moore and decorate to match the theme of the party and any other embellishments for decoration that matches the theme.
