If I have 8 activity points, can I spend that on food? Or, is just a way to keep track of exercise?
Also, if I don't use all my daily points can I carry it to the next day?
Thanks!

You should eat all your daily points every day. If you get what you feel are too many then eat full fat foods, like cheese to use the points vs. low or no fat which have fewer calories. I started out at 26 points and am now down to 19. Trust me at 19 you have no problem eating them all. Be sure to get in all the healthy guidelines.
You can bank your AP and use them throughout the week. You can only use up to the first 28 you earn each week.
You also get 35 weekly points which you can eat or not eat.
Keep in mind that the more you eat losing, the more you'll be able to eat once you hit goal.
Good luck! Join us on the WW thread.

Thank you so much for responding. I was just going to wait until my meeting tomorrow to find out.
I haven't used any of my extra points as I am really encourage to try and loose the weight fast. I have no problem spending my points and could use my extra, but trying hard not to.
I'll definitely come to the WW post. Thanks for letting me know!~

No, your extra daily points can not rol over. There are some days where it would be nice if they did, but that's what the extra 35 weekly points are for. At my meeting yesterday our leader said to occassionally use some of the extra pointsas it mixes things up and might help with weight loss (esp. if you are plateaing).

Activity points do roll over from day to day for a week. If you dont use them in the week they dont roll over to the next week. My leader just went over this with us at our last meeting on Sunday.

Yes, the program changed in 2009, before you lost them, now they roll over and you are suposed to eat them before you eat your weekly pts. That is what my leader says.
