The cast w/ ages as of trip start:
Me (32 ); DH (31); DS (2 years 7 months); my mother (DM???)(53)
I've been to Disney several times (as listed in signature); DH has been once in 2004 and loved it; DS has obviously never been; mom has been to DL 2x, LONG ago....like the 1960s.
Food allergies:
DH: nuts and legumes
DM: fish (non-shell)
DS: celery
Me: NONE! :)
Here is our plan (with some 'options' built in b/c I don't know what I will/won't get yet, and b/c I don't have hours yet, and will want to shuffle around for that....we are on the DxDDP. I did get CRT and CM's already and am happy with those times:
May 9th (Saturday):
arrive early afternoon --
Option 1: Epcot -- teppan edo for dinner
Option 2: DTD -- Captn Hooks
May 10th (Sunday):
CRT @ 9:10 a.m.
MK during day then rest at AKL/snack lunch
Dinner options near MK: Narcoosee's, Ohana, 1900 Park Fare
May 11th (Monday) tentatively planning a water park:
Breakfast at Boma
Chef Mickey's at Contemporary for dinner (5:30 I think)
May 12th (Tuesday)
Cape May breakfast? Boma?
to DHS for the day
50s Primetime for lunch (maybe -- if morning times make this favorable)
if not, then 50s Primetime for dinner. Or DTD and Captn Hook's for dinner....
May 13th (Wednesday)
Crystal Palace for breakfast (WHAT TIME SHOULD WE DO THIS???)
or 1900 Park Fare if better times/don't get it earlier
Park for day is up for grabs...MK/epcot...the afternoon rest at AKL/pool
Back to DTD in evening? Captn Hooks? other ideas? (we will obviously not go to Captn Hooks 2x...just keeping it on the wish list. :) ) or maybe Jiko before we go over to DTD...figure we should take advantage of our resort dining options.
May 14th (Thursday: Our wedding anniversary)
Donald's Safari -- how early do I need to make this one? I want to get the earliest option possible, right?
All day at AK
Lunch at Tusker House? Or just counter service/snack.....
Evening plans -- DM and DS to resort for room service/counter service. DH and I want to do California Grill and try to catch the fireworks, either from dinner or from the Poly....any suggestions on times? (Relative to fireworks...I know the times aren't out yet, but if they are at 9, when should we book, etc...)

Daytime open for whichever park/breakfast/counter service
lunch @ teppan edo if we didn't work it in earlier
