An Idea For Sharing Layouts

I had an idea on how we can all share our pages. This works for traditional and digital.

We can make a group on flickr. Its easy to use and free. We can then upload our pages to the group.

You need to have an account and upload your pages to your own account. Then you can add them to the group.

If you guys are interested I could make a group on it.

So you can see what it looks like here is my personal account.

Another message board I go on uses flickr as their gallery. That is where I got the idea. The group is open to the public so I'll add that link too so you can see what it would be like.

I think it is a great idea! And might I say that your pages are great! Loved that stretch page! :rotfl2: I especially like how you wrote what you used. i hope I can keep up as I only get to scrap one night a week. Oh well, atleast that is better than not at all.

Let me know what I will have to do besides set up an account with them.

Ok I made group and called it Dis Scrappers.

To make an account go to www.flickr.com after you make an account go to this link
http://www.flickr.com/groups/disscrappers/

Then join the group. :)

When you want to add a page to the group you just upload to your own gallery under You.
Then when its uploaded go to Groups.
Click on Dis Scrappers (after you joined it)
Click on Add photos or video. That will show you step by step how to add them :)

Thank you for the compliments about my pages. I add the supplies because some websites do that. You dont *have* to do that if you dont want to.

Yes I take pictures of and scrapbook everything. My friend Lori teases me about it.

Everything!!! I added some pages I've done that are not disney to the group. I got a bunch of Disney pictures printed so i'll be doing those soon.

I like looking at all kinds of scrapbook pages. So please feel free to share whatever you want to :)

If and when I ever get back to scrapping I will definitely share. I have my April 2005 Disney trip 1/2 way done but family stuff has prevented me from scrapping lately.

BAMB - Could we have a sticky like the Digi girls? You know - scrappers post photos here with just the account info for everyone to post to?

Or I guess the hostess of the monthly page challenge can put the information in the Original Post. It would much quicker to scan through the album than scroll through all our posts here to see the layouts.

What do you think more people would see to use it?

Hi! I added a Tomorrowland title & paper piece so I could try the flickr thing. It was super easy & I think I might add a few more photos of some layouts I've done.

Cool! We had a flickr group going for the digi challenges, but then I think we all kind of went back to posting them here. I kind of like having all of the layouts right here in the thread, but I guess people could put them in both places, right? The ones on Flickr would be searchable by keyword and stuff, right? That would probably be a good advantage. Maybe we can link the one we had started with this one. I'll have to find the address again.
