Height restrictions

I've just been looking at the SW website and at the height restrictions at Shamu's Happy Harbour. All but the train and the nets have a height restriction of 42 inches. My 5 year old is not even going to be close to this and my 7 year old may only just reach it by the time we are there. Are there any other rides that they haven't listed that they will be able to ride that don't have such a restriction. It seems odd for a kids area that they don't have more listed that the kids will actually be able to ride.

Or am I reading it wrong and its a maximum height?

Those height restrictions in Shamu's Happy Harbor are min height to ride ALONE.
We brought my puny 2yo on all the kids rides when we went last year. Except Shamu Express - that does have an actual minimum to ride - I think it is 38 inches.
