Does anyone know how the Tigger punching incident ever ended?

I believe the lawsuit was dropped. It was pretty clear on the video the kid was trying to get in the costume.

Don't know about any lawsuit. Can't find that one was ever filed. The CM was not prosecuted after the prosecutor looked at the tape.
