Does DLP have a GAC for guest with disabilities? If so, does it work the same as the GAC for WDW for entering rides? I have also asked on the DisAbilities board.

I'm sorry as I haven't been to WDW for many years and don't know what a GAC is, but I assume you mean special access for disabled visitors? If so you need to visit City Hall just inside the park with some kind of proof of disability such as a recent doctor's letter, and you will be issued with a pass which will allow disabled access to rides and special spots for viewing parades etc.
Have a look here:

It is the pass for guest with disabilities. I have looked at several sites for information and am surprised that they cover physical disabilities but not so much spectrum disorders?
I have read about a discount ticket for the disabled and the helper. Do you know more about this and how it applies to spectrum disorders?
Thank you for the help.

I can't help with the specifics of the question, but have a look at the Very Useful Info sticky at the top of the board. There is a link to guidance for travelling with disabilities.
One piece of advice is that you should have a doctors letter (ideally within 3 months) with you. You will then fill out a questionaire with CMs at City Hall. They will indicate how this will work.

hiya
not sure on the helper gfetting in free - i wud assume that u wud have to have a blue disabled badge for that (needing help with mobility).
as for all other types - yes, go to city hall with proof of disability, and they will give u a easy access card.
it doesnt always give u straight on access to rides, sumtime u have to go and come back at a time, but others u get straight on.
there are also spots roped off for parades - but i wud say - as u mention spectrum disorder - that it depends on the disability as to what u use, as sumtimes it is easier to not use it!
