We've just had a vote for our theme for Pack Holiday this year and all but two girls voted for Disney. I'm going to have so much fun planning activities and indoctrinating the girls with all things Mickey.:cool1:

Our pack holiday theme this year is 101 Dalmations. We've also done Aladdin, Winnie the Pooh, High School Musical and Finding Nemo!! Have fun with your planning!

We've done Winnie-the-Pooh, Mary Poppins and the Little Mermaid in the past. We did do a general Disney theme once before but it was soooo long ago. Just recently they've been choosing Roald Dahl books which we've found quite tricky to keep going for a 3 day break.

Oh it will be such fun. I'm not sure of the activities yet, it's not until Easter, but we'll definitely be making Mickey or Minnie ears. We're staying in woodland so I think a little Winnie-the-Pooh or Jungle Book will have to creep in somewhere. I'm sure we'll think up far more ideas than we have time for!

My DW runs two Brownie Units and a Rainbow Unit and until recently was District Commissioner (I'm a Guiding widower LOL).
DW has done quite a few Disney themed pack holidays :)

Sounds great fun, my DDs loved going to Brownies. :thumbsup2
Sounds like fun.
The last pack holiday I helped with (years ago!) had a Disney theme - I was hoping to be the Little Mermaid but I was Chip!
Think that was the same trip that we found some of the girls playing strip poker lol!
I'm sure you'll be able to come up with some more wholesome activities ;)

The worst experience I've had is when one of the older girls decided to tell one of the more sheltered ones the facts of life - including how the baby comes out through the mother's belly button! Poor little thing was totally traumatised - luckily her mum was very understanding when we told her!

Man, you've got some good Brownies! I was a guide for 5 years and left as a young leader in training. The best camp we ever had was a medivel theme, and on bank holiday monday in may, we went kinda mad (my leader walked round with a fake chicken all day) and one was dressed as winnie the pooh!
