Does anyone know if one can book a certain type of Honeymoon Room ( Octagon vs Jacuzzi ). Or is it left up to chance. I have stayed in both and prefer the Octaganol Turret as opposed to the Jacuzzi, balcany honeymoon room on the Clarendon Level. Would it be a request to choose one or can one actually book a certain type????

I believe that it is request only.
Just out of curiosity, why do you like the octagonal better?

While technically, it *is* just a request, I have to say that any time I've ever requested a particular room, whether it was just a room type or a specific room number, my requests have always been granted. So if I were you, I would just be as nice and gracious as possible when asking for the type you want, and hopefully, it'll work out!

So am I correct in assuming that there are two types of Honeymoon rooms in the Main Building; octagon and jacuzzi? And am I also correct is assuming that octagon rooms do not have a balcony?
Are these honeymoon rooms the ones that are considered main building honeymoon concierge rooms?

Sorry it's taken me so long to respond - I've been away (not WDW this time though! LOL) Yes, you're correct in assuming that there are 2 types of honeymoon rooms at the GF. And you're also correct that the octagon rooms do not have balconies -- they've got a bit more floorspace instead. Lastly, yes, they're main bldg concierge.
