wanted 4/3 deal, but had to book 5/3, BC Concierge

I've been trying to find the 4/3 deal at the Beach Club - Concierge Garden Room; but seems can only book "pay for 5 nites, get 3 nites". I asked the agent to speak with a manager to ask why I could not reduce one day? The nanager said that the have only some many 7 nite bloocks and they are gone for that room type. Sounds really weird to me that if you can buy the 8 nites, why can't you just book the 7 nite package. I'm holding 8 nights at BC, 8 day tickets for approx $3,800. I suppose that is a good deal for June (2 adults and 2 teens). I may attempt to call tomorrow and see if I can knock off a nite. Any advice?

Yes, I called yesterday and deleted the 8th day (that I was paying well over $500). So I now have 7 days (paid for 4, get 3 free), BC Concierge (garden view) with 7 day base tickets (2 adults and 2 teens) for about $3,200 I am planning to add the disney disney plan closer to my trip. So, all-in-all, I believe this will be perfect.

Wow! I'm suprised they let you do that. We were in a similar situation with wanting concierge and it wasn't available for 7 days but was for 8 with the 8th day being rack rate. Of course it isn't available at all now but if I would have known they'd let you modify the days and keep the deal I would have just done it that way. Oh well, live and learn.

While it's not easy to add days under a promo, specially if they are not available, it's easy to drop days...

going to drop the 1st night because that one night is $585!! I hope it won't be a problem. I am waiting to see if a nice room only rate comes out for our dates, June 6-14. then do a room only rate at a cheaper resort.

I am in a situation where there are 4 rooms booked for 10 nights, want to change it back to 8 nights and Disney is saying no! Not available for 8 nights only 10.

This has never been a problem before so I am guessing it is a result of the way this offer is coded to allow for all of the different combinations. I plan on calling back this morning to speak to a supervisor.

Take off $900 for tickets and it comes out to $2900 divide by 8 is $362
per night for Concierge, I don't think that's to bad.

I got Yacht with the 4/3 for $290 per night waterview.
