2003 disneyclub room discounts-when?

Hi all-
I booked airfare for Feb. 16-24,2003. No teacher discount at Swan/Dolphin yet (last date showing Jan 17). No Disneyclub room discounts yet either. Booking agent wouldn't give me any idea when they might become available. Old MKC was in Sept. sometime, I think.

From past history can anyone give me some idea of when? Also, has anyone ever gotten any kind of discount during Presidents week? If so, what should I be looking for, where and when?

I don't know about President's week, but Disney Club Discounts come out in the fall usually October or November.

Last year, 2002 DC discounts were releasedon September 28.

President's Week begins the Peak Season for WDW so you will be paying high rates. If you want to get a feel for the rates you might pay, go to mousesavers, look up the Peak Season and the resort you want to stay at. It should show what the rack rates are for those periods. Add 5% - that's about how much they raise prices each year - and then figure you will get 10% off with a deluxe, 15% for a mod and 20% off with a value.

Rack rates for 2003 will probably be released in June so you can also apply the above DC discounts to those rates when they come out.

This year I believe the only discount rates during President's week were DC, AAA & AMEX. All other discounts (including AP) ended the Wednesday before President's week. ~:)~

I happened to call yesterday about the same thing, the CM said that she thought it would be sometime in the summer before DC info came out. And I'm another Cape Codder taking the trip down, in March of '03.
