No it is Table Service and does not take reservations.

At B&C you are seated at a table, booth or counter and waited on by servers, so they consider it a table service.

as the PPs have said it is considered table service. while we love Beaches N Cream we just don't feel its worth a TS on the DDP, therefore when we go we usually pay OOP for the meal.
