Hi folks

Just 10 days until we flee the delight of minus 30 degrees celsius every morning for disney world. Each year, Disney dad (me 46) has had the honour of taking my dd 17 now and ds 14 down to the sunny south for some great times every year usually in Jan or Feb.

However, dd (very smart person), will be heading off far, far away to university in september and wont be available for the big trip anymore. The boy and I will likely continue the tradition, but this will be the last 3 person gala.

So i guess the question is, i'd like to do something special for the last trip. Im sure alot of you have faced the same thing, what did you do.

I just took my "baby-14" to the world just this past Sept.. It was our 1st trip. My vote is to just be yourself and have lots of fun! Just realize that they will have fabulous memories of their dear father, and how much fun he can be! Let them bo LOVED. That is what they will remember.

awww! that's really nice!
would she enjoy the chance to be little again, ie BBBoutique and a luch at Cinderellas table? (or 1900 park fare if you cant get an ADR)
or a special dinner?
or a mickey basket sent to the room from one of the delivery companies?

and.....-30?! what are you talking about? Kiss FM keeps saying it was colder than that before windchill!!! I know tonight is bitter cold...I am inside and still can't get rid of the chill!!!!

I suggest making plenty of use of the park photographers for some high quality family photos in various locations. You can wait until you're back home to visit DisneyPhotopass.com (http://disneyphotopass.com) to select which memories to keep. Be sure not to lose your Disney PhotoPass card.
