you have to call with a pin... no other way.. The CM will let you price different packages though

You can only use it when booking on the phone. You can check your resorts online of course for the room rate and subtract the 40%.
The pin code applies to room rate only, but they will book a package with it. Just won't apply it to the tickets, airfare or DDP.
