Does anyone know the cost?
For anyone who has bought the cruise-long pass, did you use it often enough to feel it was worth it? Is it weird to be in there with strangers?

Hello! Only a few more day and we will be CRUISING! Yes, the rainforest is well worth the $50 that I paid for it in September. It is very relaxing. The best part of it for my husband and myself was the great showers. They are in the men's / ladies's lockerrooms. We would go every afternoon and relax in all the different rooms and then take a shower (yes, seperately
and then we got back to the room we were ready to relax or get ready for dinner. The shower rooms have shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided for you. I am definitely doing it again. Not sure if hubby is or not, for we have not talked about it. :)

but I only used it three or four times. I would probably not purchase one again. I did enjoy this, but I think if i wanted to use it again, I would purchase it on a daily basis.

My DH went for the week long rainforest and is looking forward to doing it again in 4 weeks. Although I did not sign up for it last year, I will we this year!
Also, internet cafe was well worth the cost of $90/week!

My hubby would agree that a week's pass would be worth it. He loves the Rainforest and would happily spend some time in there every day. I don't know if we're going to have time to do it on the May 25th Western because there is so much we want to fit in, but it is a very relaxing place and a nice way to just chill out. My favorite is the heated loungers.

I bought the 7 night pass on our January trip. I definitely would buy it again. I used it 2X the first few days of the cruise and once a day the end of the week. I loved it--the cruise is so relaxing, and this just takes relaxation one step further. One tip: don;t go first thing in the am, those tiled lounges take a little bit of time to warm up.

The Rainforest sounds wonderful. Do you need to make reservations for this on the first day, or can you just show up whenever you like?

Ok, What EXACTLY is there in the rainforest rooms? What is included in the "weekly pass" thing??? Just heated chairs? Or what... I'm really curious.

I definitely want to make time to try the Rainforest!!
I read on an earlier thread about a mid week pass being offered for $30. As mentioned, inkkognito/atigeg's site 'castaway club' has great info on the spa. I have enclosed some pix from their site you may helpful.

do you just walk in when you want to go, and pay at that time? So no reservations are needed, correct?

I would agree that the showers in the spa/club area are WONDERFUL (or is that Magical?), but you do not have to get a Rainforest Pass for that. Every evening before dinner I'd get an hour workout in and then a terrific shower. My wife could have the cabin to her self and an extended get ready time!
Me personally, I'd pass on the rainforest pass. I had too much else to do. But those showers...

If you'd like to see what those wonderful lounge chairs look like (as well as the rest of the Rainforest), check out the photos on my website at www.*****************

If I hadn't had my 5 yo DD to worry about... I could have stayed in the tiled lounge chairs for HOURS! I never did make it into any of the showers or saunas... just hogged the chairs! It did wonders for my bad back.
