Has anyone been able to change their free dining bounce back reservations for this year? We didn't realize when we booked that Labor Day is so late this year or we probably wouldn't have booked to start our trip on 8/23 which I think was the first day for the offer.

we just called and told them this is what we had and need to change it, it took a couple minutes because she wasnt sure that the code was working, so she sent the confirmation email while she was on the phone and it showed up as the new dates pkg + free dine.

We booked 8/23 for the same reason... we called back to extend the reservation (add a couple of days at the end) and it was no problem.

Thanks everyone, I guess I'll call and give it a try then. Maybe I can convince my DH that we need to add on a few more nights now that we know that Labor Day and the start of school aren't until the 2nd week of September.

We got the free dining bounceback offer last August and made this reservation. I haven't read anything lately about a bounceback offer but I would think that they will be offering the same free dining package again this year as in previous years seeing that they already offered it as a bounceback.

We just tried to change our resort after booking BB in Sept. 08 for our upcoming trip this Sept., and the CM told us it was too late to change the reservation. She said the only way to change it was to catch the FD code if it is offered again this spring. Hope it works out for you!!

Does the bounceback also offer a discount on the room, or only the free dining?

I was able to change my ressies a number of times, different hotels and add on dates.

The bounceback offer differ sometimes it is a discount code, sometimes free dining, depending on when you are there.

septmommy - try calling back and asking again. If the CM insists, tell her to try just to see if it works.

That's not right, call back and if the CM can't (or won't) help you, ask for guest relations. We booked two rooms with the free dining bb and I have called SEVERAL times and made reservation changes. It may take a little while because the code is expired.

Poly TPV
POLY TPV upgrade to dxdp
POLY CL GV still w/ DxDp
POLY Cl DV free dining
CR CL free dining
back to POLY CL LV
and finally cancelled BB when I got the 40% off code LOL

poor poor BB reps! :lmao:

I actually just called to drop a couple of people and I was told that ASSports and Pop Century had no openings Sept 24-Oct 3 for bounceback.

I would call back because you can change your resort as long as there is availability.
I've changed 3 times already since Sept. '08 :rotfl:

Yes call them to know and get want you what, besides it's your trip and you want it as wonderful as possible. More nights would be great, I hope you can convince you DH for that.

Have a nice day. :)
