Boating Question

I have heard that there is some type of length of stay boating package...For $200 you receive unlimited use of watercraft at the resorts including water mice and pontoon boats. Can anyone provide confirmation whether this is true or not? If it is true, I have a second question. If you get a pontoon boat (seats 10) can you invite friends on even if they did not buy the package? Any insight would be great.

I've read here that it's definitly true. I don't know the details, but it has been confirmed here.

There is a Captain's Plan at the Mikala Canoe Club, (Polynesian Marina), for guests staying at the Polynesian Resort. For $199.00 plus tax, you can get 4 hours of boat rental for any of the boats from the Water Mouse to the Pontoon boats. The 4 hours can be used anytime during your stay. This offer is limited to guests of the Polynesian Resort.
