DVC points manager

To anyone who has downloaded the DVC points manager: Is Winzip required to run the program? I can't get the program to work at all. Any help would be appreciated.

NCRedding-
Winzip is not required. The program is self-extracting and will create the directory C:\DVCManager on your computer. Its only available for Windows, though.
