So where do I start?
I need to loose 25-30 pounds for a cruise in 102 days... what is the best way and also the quickest... I will do anything.... I will eat salad and chicken and do a million sit ups if I have too... I want to look good in a bikini.... please help to guide me in the right direction...

15 to 20 lbs is more realistic in three months, but you may get lucky and not plateau. Head over to the BL and get started! :banana:

what kind of foods are you normally eating? I would say definitely eat breakfast - I am bad about skipping that but it helps keep your metabolism in check. Start exercising more too.

www.sparkpeople.com is a great website as well. I don't do any tracking there but they send some very informative emails almost daily with weightloss/healthy living tips.
I've lost 25 lbs. in the past year and a half. I did mine very slowly but I've kept it off. I'm not a moderation eater (I can't have just one Oreo) so I choose slightly healthier options (SF jello pudding).
I also gave myself "fitness" goals that kept my mind off of the fact that it's not just about weight loss. I started out doing 5 (on your knees) push ups a day. Then after a week I'd do 6 and so on. It only takes 20-30 seconds out of my day and it makes me feel like I accomplish something (and you get nice arms after awhile!).
