I have a few guests who are young but not "kids" by Disney standards. They *will* not eat polenta, potatoes, beef, chicken or any of the foods that would be served and would much more enjoy a basic kids meal-can I get them a kids' meal? If not, can I get them a "vendor meal" or something like pizza or chicken fingers and fries or a burger? I cant bring myself to spend a lot when they will throw it away, you know?
Also what about under 21's and the bar? They can't drink, so do they get a lower priced package? Just the soda package? Is that cheaper?

Not sure about the food, but for any guests under 21 you can just get the soda package and it is less expensive then the full package that included beer, wine and drinks (We did a BOC so I do not remember the prices of packages).

Thank you for the bev cost info!
I'm hoping someone else knows the food question, too. :)

In short, yes. :thumbsup2 You can order them a different meal and save the cost, disney will also only charge you the soda package price for them - they're not totally evil :rotfl:

lol, it is so funny! It's like you go from LOVING Disney to viewing everything with suspicion ($$$$$$$$$) when you become a Disney bride!

Lu- they can customize meals for allergies and all so I don't see why they wouldn't be able to do what you want for those picky eaters. Brian and I are the picky eaters so we did a buffet
