Does anyone know how Disney handles this?
A 7 month old won't be eating anything, not even a kids' meal, so how do they charge?
My parents are freaking out now and I don't know the answer!!
Thanks!!!

I'm not sure about them at the reception, but at our kid party & dessert party kids under 3 ate free. I know for the dessert party if the kid was over 3 it was the adult price, but at our kid party over 3 but under 10 we were able to get a kid meal.

We had a 4 year old and a 2 year old. We were charged for the 4 year old and the 2 year old was free. We had a breakfast buffet but had a kids meal for each child. They also both got the "Make a Mickey" cake. It was so cute. It came with a small cake, icing and decorations and they go to make it themselves.

For our dessert party we had to pay full adult price for the 4 year old and the 2 year old was free.

Kids under 3 ate free and were give Mickeyroni and cheese. There are no minimums to meet for them either. We had infants though so that is all they got but if they would have been older they would have gotten the children's menu we chose for the other children.

Ok, this is what I was told for kids under 3 since we have a bunch coming.... They count towards your guest count but are free.

We had several guests under 3 that also counted in our count but we were not charged for their park admission (theme park reception at MGM) or for food/drink. They were able to eat if they were old enough!
