sea world at halloween

we are thinking about going to sea world on halloween. has anyone done this before? how were the crowds? i know enough not to go to the magic kingdom this day. but we've never been to seaworld. do you think disney and universal goble up the halloween crowds?

We went on Halloween back in 2006 and had a great time. :thumbsup2 It was busy, but not crazy-busy and there was lots of Halloween themed stuff to see/do. :goodvibes

We just went 10/31/2008 We had a great time, in fact we bought a pass and went sevreal times along with the other busch gardens parks in Tampa. We were able to trick or treat. I'll try to post some pics for you. The costumes were great, tons of photo opportunities, not a ton of candy but definately enough. They had a great dance area too which was fun just outside the shamu areana. There is a lof of walking. I found in the end that the lines were long but if you went to the opposite side of the line it went much faster in that we came in from the main entrance and followed to the right. and we went around to the stations, once we got to a really long line, we passed up the line and went to the other side of the line as they usually have two people hanging out candy and we just kept on moving on. Don't be ashamed to grab a bag and trick or treat too. You paid your admission, the candy is free, no one says you can't get some too! LOL

Enjoy - you'll have a great time. We live in INdiana and it was nice to wear sleeveless and more warmer climate costumes.

It was soo much better than Disney in 2006. Not that Disney wasn't amazing but it was extra, crazy crowds and the anxiety and such were less at SW.
