Has anyone done a live adult dis meet?

I see virtual chats & people arranging to meet in DWorld...but has any group of people gotten together in their home town?

Would anybody be interested in doing this in the North Jersey area? I belong to an adult ski club that meets regularly and this would seem like an ideal place to dovetail in meeting other adult/solo travelers. Opinions?
Volunteers?

I'll check this thread on and off over the summer and if it looks like there is enough interest I'll see if I can set up a stealth theme night at the ski club just for an adult/solo meet in the fall.

I'm from central NJ and love to ski! DH and I would be up to a meet on a mountain! We met up with 2 DISers (and their SOs) in WDW in October, and found them to be fabulous people!

Bumping this up because I really think this could be a good thing. Especially for women.

The proposal is to be able to get together in a safe environment to meet people who go to DWorld solo.
