Okay I know this information has been posted because I remember reading it! But it seems both DF and I are search challenged and can't find the recent post.
What is the website for the marriage license by mail? And what is the easiest county to go through? Seems we should get on this seeing how we are getting married in 6 weeks!:yay:
Thanks!

Brevard County does the license by mail. It was very easy.

How much time before the wedding should I start the process of ordering my licence??

License is valid for 60 days so I would do it 60 days before. I sent mine out like 2 months before the wedding.
First you apply..they send you the forms..you get it notarized and send it back...then they notarize it and send it back to you. Takes about 2-3 weeks.

Yeah actually at the 60 day mark I started the process. The court will time it out just right! :thumbsup2

Okay I have a question, I did the marriage license by mail through brevard court and I received the official marriage license in the mail and it seems odd to me that we dont sign it the day of the wedding?? They just sent us the form we signed when we sent it in and someone at the court house signed it. Is this right??
Thanks :)
