Question for VB Owners

I was just completing my paper work for my VB add-on, and the last page is the "Special Flood Hazard Notification And Acknowledgment" page. It states that there is a 26% chance of a flood in the next 30 years. I am sure this is nothing to be concerned about, but what are your thoughts on this? Is the Federal Flood Program a good thing? How much would it do for us ect...?

The construction at Vero is very good and they have used the best possible materials for flood and hurricane protection. However, with oceanfront property there are no guarantees. If the Vero resort were destroyed I imagine most of the Florida coast would be as well. I'm comfortable with the odds that we'll be okay.
