My stay was from 1/4-1/9. I was in a dedicated studio, room # 2059. It was right off the lobby overlooking the village green, right above the breezeway to the pool. I loved the easy access to the lobby and the boardwalk, but I wasn't so crazy about the noise from outside. However, I always make sure to travel with earplugs and they came in handy.
It was a great trip! I had wonderful weather and very managable crowds. I also ended up spending way too much money on food trying to get as much milage as possible out of my new Tables in Wonderland card. I enjoyed very single calorie though! Thanks to everyone for all of your good advice on planning this trip!

Melissa: glad you had a great trip! Were you solo? I am going to BWV in March on a solo trip. I had planned to get a TIW card because I'm not doing the dining plan and I'm taking a family trip in October too. Where did you end up eating?

I was solo, and I think this might have been my best trip to date. I ate at:
Tokyo Dining (Does not accept TiW)
Chefs de France
Jiko
Crystal Palace
The Wave
Flying Fish Cafe
Sci Fi Dine In
Citricos
Beaches n' Cream
Tutto Italia
Le Cellier
My goal was to save at least $60 to make up the cost of the card then my savings would be realized on 2 future trips trips. Well I saved $60 and then some! I don't think I will be quite as decadent next time, but it sure was fun! My favorite meal was Jiko; I sat at The Cooking Place and had a great time talking to the couple next to me and with each of the chefs working there. The best food was Citricos, and the most pleasant surprise was The Wave. I don't think there was a bad meal in the bunch!

I'm glad you had a great time--I'll have to try some of those. I didn't go to any of them on my one and only (so far) trip to WDW!
P.s.--I live 15 minutes from Disneyland too (in Orange).

Cool! We'll have to look out for each other at the Food and Wine Festival!
