Coronado Springs kiddie pool

Hi all....last year when I was in WDW in August I stayed at Coronado Springs and the kiddie pool area was closed for renovations. I am staying there again this July and was wondering if anyone has any new pictures of the kiddie pool area. I have seen pictures from before it was renovated but has it changed? Any help would be great. Thanks

Buzz has just come back from there and posted many pictures. One of them was of kids in a kiddy pool, so I guess it is up and running! I will be there on Tuesday, and our 4 yo will want to swim. I will let everyone know when I return.

Thanks elemusing, I checked out his pictures but it looks like they did away with the big fish in the kiddie pool......is that true? I hope not.

It's true. I can't believe it. When I ever turn the corner and saw that those beautiful colored fish were gone, I just couldn't believe it. I hope they are just being refurbished or recreated.

I just got back and the big fish are gone. They just have three are four streams of water spraying up from the middle, no decoration or theming there at all. I asked a CM if they were going to do something different with it and he said he didn't know.

When we were there last Nov all they had were some jets of water shooting up in the middle of what used to be the kiddie pool. DD liked running thru it for a while, but it was very disappointing. Based on FrizDiz's post it looks like it hasn't changed. I hope it does, but until that happens there really is no kiddie pool :(. The kiddie pool at CSR has always been very small and underwhelming.
