Can WDW park passes be combined?

Sorry if this information is posted somewhere else - I looked and looked and couldn't find it.

Here's the scoop: We already had 5 day park passes with Water Parks and Park Hopper options (we had to purchase them through a competition registration - Twirlmania - so they could add our entrance to Wide World of Sports) and then we purchased the buy4-get 3 free package with a 1 day base ticket (that's the minimum number of passes you can buy) Since we already have the options on our 5-day passes, can we just add the extra day to them? So that we would each have a 6-day pass with the 2 options?

Your help would assist me greatly in planning our stay, since we are true park hoppers! :confused3You might want to ask this on the Disney side instead of the Sea World board...since this has nothing to do with Sea World and you will get more responses.
