View Full Version : Project 365 - Friday, January 9th
What did you take a picture of today?
It is early and I am still thinking but I'll check back later.
************************************************** **
I thought I would try a daily thread so we can check in and see what others are taking pictures of for Project 365. If there is an interest I will start a new thread every day.
I do enjoy the long threads but sometimes you just want to get to the details without going through all the pages. So this thread will be an addition to the other threads and NOT a replacement.
Please join!! :)

I don't know yet.
Sometimes our pics happen late at night. Last night the boys were in jammies reading a book together, a rare moment that they are not fighting. So I snapped a pic of that and one of DD playing with her dolls.

I'm not sure yet either. Perhaps our packed car- we are going to my brothers ranch for the weekend.

I haven't decided. Maybe my girl's messy room before I clean it. Yesterday I did my middle girl getting the mail on a super snowy day. And the day before was the lady who does my toddler story time at the library.
Have you guys printed any of these out yet? I think I might today and do my first week. I started on the 1st so I just now have 7 days.

It's actually a hunting ranch- deer. (We won't be hunting.) It's a really beautiful ranch- it's in the Texas hill country. We basically hang out, take drives to various lookout points and cook great food. Pack your bags!! A bit of warning- it's a 3 hour drive, so make sure you bring things to occupy yourself in the car! ;):lmao:

If I could get down and back before the kids.. I would so be there... it's awful here again today.. it wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't so frickin' cold...and it's a stale air.... the kind you get right before a patch of crap is headed your way!:upsidedow
AWE, AWM he is such a cutie even when he is under the weather!
Love the bonus pail..but I assume you washed it before you used it as a bonus pail..the last thing I would want to smell is beggin' strips when I was using the pail!:rolleyes1

 This is the best pail ever. We've had it two years and it doesn't hold smells at all. Rinses out cleanly every time. :thumbsup2 Even the Lysol smell doesn't cling to it for long.

Well.... I took a picture of the middle school this morning after I dropped my kids off. I don't usually drive them, but DD had a project due yesterday and DS had a project due today and they both had so much stuff to bring in, that I drove them yesterday and today.
I still have my camera with me and I might take a different picture to use later if something else seems to "represent" the day better. Love this thread!.....................P

Awwwww, I hope he starts feeling better soon.
My dog was a little worried about the Beggin' Strips. She was glad to hear the bucket was 2 years old - convinced her that there were no treats in there!

Well I forgot my darn camera because my little preschooler decided he was gonna get ready in his own sweet time and he was almost late... then complained at me I drive to slow.. Hello, from my hours to door of preschool is 2 minutes, I could have kicked him there! So, I have to run back to the grocery tonight for a photo!
Thanks for responding everyone! :)
I had a lot of chores to do this morning so today's picture is of the back of my mini van with all the bags inside.

The scary part is those 3 hours wouldn't even put a dent into driving across the state! Come on to Texas too, Holly, nice and toasty warm. Seriously, I sweating on the way home from picking up DD from school.

I don't think so. I think Saturday deliver is extra $$. At least that is what the USPS wants you think, they deliver on Saturday for no extra money. :sad2:

I think us people here in AZ, TX and FL should be able to bottle our summer days and then sell it (Id give mine away to my friends!:goodvibes ). I think we'd do a really good business in the winter!
Sending all of you in snow and icy stuff sunshine!
You get tired of snow, believe it or not we get tired of 100+ days!

Got my photo of the grocery.. I wanted one of the beautiful sunset...but by the time we got to where we were going it was gone... :( I don't think traffic would have been all too thrilled if I would have stopped and wipped out the camera for a sunset photo!! :)

I didn' think I was going to take a pic on Fri. Nothing struck me - until I went to turn off the light in my china cabinet where my teapots are, in the last few minutes of Friday. They looked so pretty with the light on them!
