Sept. 2008 they were $5.00 per 12 ounce bottle.

I highly suggest BYOB.

Zoinks! Well worth a trip to the local Publix.

Word of caution though if you don't know already... stay away from Goodings at Crossroads for your grocery/alcohol. They make $30 a 6 pack seem reasonable. :scared1:

DH also brings his own margueritas. You can make several pitchers for the $9 they'll charge you for one around the World. :upsidedow

I know $5 a bottle is hard to believe... so here is the photographic evidence:

Shan you should have zoomed in so we could see the born on date. That beer must be old. I can't imagine anyone paying that for a beer to go. If they would just make their beer prices in line they would sell a heck of alot of beer.

The really GOOD wine comes in a box.

It may have changed since my last trip but Bud and Bud light were around $12 for a 6 pack 12 oz cans

We were there last month and went over to Crocketts to get a 16oz draft and it was $5.50 (or $5.75) so the bottle is actually a better deal (hard to believe $5 a bottle is a good deal though).

Always free beer and margueritas at our place.

...wait.... I probably shouldn't have said that out loud! :lmao:

And how much do I love this board? Someone asks about beer prices, and someone else immediately posts a photo of the actual beer bottle!

Y'all rock!:thumbsup2

I thought they used to sell six packs. But i was there last week and didn't see any six packs. Only 16 oz bottles for 5 bucks.
