Wolfgang Puck Cafe on QSDP

I've been crunching the numbers trying to decide on the QSDP. I went to WDW site and looked up the participating QSDP restaurants and I notice that Wolfgang Puck Express isn't on there. It is in the basic DDP restaurant list but not the QSDP. Is WPE not participating in the QSDP? It seems strange they would participate in the basic DDP and not the QSDP.

I thought Wolfgang Puck express is a CS. Are there two express restaurants and if so, is it the same menu? I remember reading last year that there were limitations on the most expensive items.

Also, the Grand Cafe - is that still a TS - if you're on the basic dining plan - can you order any entree or are there limits to that to here.

When I look at the QSDP I do see that the Wolfgang Puck express is included. It's a favorite of ours and that was the first one I looked for :)

Thanks, I was looking at an older version of the QSDP. Thanks to my fellow Dissers I found a link to the updated one with more CS places on it.
