Hey Heather, we went the first week in March in 2009. We actually had great weather. It was warm enough for shorts and swimming. I know this year was colder though, but the weather everywhere in the world (entire world not just WDW) has been strange this year so who knows!

We went in April 2008 and the weather was perfect. It was slightly crowded but not horrible. I hope you guys can select a date soon.

We went last year the week of March 15 (2009) which was our spring break. It was crowded but not awful. We just knew what we wanted to do and stuck to our plan. I wouldn't hesitate going back that week again (unless Easter falls very early!!:sad2:), The weather was GLORIOUS though!! Plus they have the Flower and Garden Festival which I really enjoyed!

Now, I loved the flower and garden festival but it has been 11 years since I been to it! lol! We actually got to see it on our honeymoon!

we went late april/early may in 2008. we checked in on the last sunday in april and checked out the first saturday in may. the crowds that sunday/monday were moderate but they got better as the week went. i think it was some leftover spring break crowds. i think it really just depends on when easter falls. i'd definitely avoid that time b/c it would be crowded. spring breaks are so random nowadays though. the crowd calendar i use says early march and late april are better than late march and early april, but like i said i think it depends on when easter falls.

can't wait 'til you reveal the name. my lips are sealed! ;)

I am still hoping she picks November/December. :( But, I know I can't be choosy! lol!!
I know I do not want to be there when the spring break crowds are there! Ugh!

oh, and the weather that trip was wonderful. we wore shorts/capris (well, ray didn't wear capris!) and t-shirts/tanks and light hoodies at night. and it only rained once for like an hour. we lucked out with that, too, because it was while we were eating at mama melrose, so we stayed dry!

We went March 2008. It was the week of St. Patrick's Day and thay weekend was Easter. The crowds got heavier as the week went on, but the weather was nice.

Good! I just need to aggravate my sister so she can talk to her boss!!

Can't wait for the name!! Do tell, do tell. popcorn:: We went in April '06 from Wed. to Wed. surrounding Easter. It was really crowded IMHO. On the other hand, the weather was perfect! Warm enought to swim and go to BB but not unbearably hot.:)

Heather, I think March or April is a nice time to go. Of course it will be busy during Spring break. I think Easter is really late next year.. so I would go in March. I don't think the first week of March would be that bad crowd wise.

I am gonna try my best to stear clear of spring break!!! lol!!

March has been nice for us in the past. We'll be there the 12th through the 16th or 17th. (Hopefully the 17th, if Jill and Kay can get the time.) If you're there then, we can finally get these little girls together to play.

Where would you be staying? Forgive me if you have already said. I'm sneaking in a peek here at school while my kids are doing a fun activity. ;)

We will more than likely stay at a value resort. I told my mom either Pop or Movies will be good!

Oh me too!! I have already said when Hollie graduates from High school and when she goes on a senior trip. Guess who will be taking her somewhere? Her mom and dad. She can take a friend, but there will be no Aruba, PCB, anywhere by herself. No way!

Well, I know that you guys have been waiting to hear the big reveal about little peanuts name!
After much debate, I think we have finally came up with a name. There were several names thrown around. We had Kendall, Hallie, Hannah, Belle, and a few others I really can't remember. Now, Chad's mom would call us with her own set of names. She liked Gracie (our dogs name), Hayleigh (Hollie has a ton of friends named that), Piper, Harlow, and Disney. Yes....you read right. Disney! After turning red in the face everytime Chad was on the phone with her and me mouthing to him, (Just tell her no!!!!!!!!) we have let Hollie decide. Oh, and no she didn't pick iCarly like she wanted too! Hollie has picked..........................................










Hannah! I like it because of the H names and it flows with Hollie. There are no Hannah's at our Church or that have been in any of Hollie's classe at school. I am also gonna give her my middle name. It is a name passed down to me by my dad's mom, it was her middle name as well. So, it will be Hannah Lane.

The one year it was chilly the 1st few days, but better than home. The other 2 fabulous. Crowds are not horrid, but not super slow either.

Advice on March & April at WDW . We went over Easter in 08' which was in March for 10 days . It was quite chilly on some of the days , we had to where pants & jackets on those days . Then for the majority of the trip it was hot and humid , we even did the water-park 2 days . The crowds were crazy of course because it was Easter but not anything we couldn't deal with . Now the best time we have gone is the last week of April , 1st week of May . Perfect weather and crowds & we've done this time period twice once in 06 and 09.

Love the baby's name soo pretty ! All 3 of our kids also have a family members name for there middle name .

Yes, and I am sad but happy at the same time. There are a lot of teachers at her school who I grew up with so it makes it so much better with her going somewhere where I know a lot of people.
We were gonna send her to our church but its from 8:30 till 12 everyday. It costs money and so we just sat there and thought we might as well just send her to regular school which is only 5 minutes from our home.

Awww, I have to admit I cried at all of my kids graduations. From kindergarden to Aaron's grade 8 grad to high school. (I'm lucky he didn't see me)

Well, tonight is the night! My sweet baby girl is graduating from Pre-K. I am gonna have lots of kleenex ready to go!

Oh, and a little trip update. I do know the trip for February is a done deal. But, the one with my mom and sister...I have no clue! I am not talking about it anymore with either of them because I think I am going overkill with it! haha Yes, me! I could talk about Disney alllllllllllllllllllllllllll day long! My mom actually told me she was getting tired of me talking about it. So...I pulled the card that I knew would work with my mom. Universal. She likes Disney and she likes Universal. She is a fan of E.T. and Harry Potter so I knew if I used thoses against her, she can't get ill at me for talking about it. So, I was telling her how much fun Hollie liked riding E.T. and then I sent her the link of the Harry Potter cast at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. SHE LOVED IT!!! She immediately started asking me how much tickets were to Universal because she wants to see the Harry Potter stuff. I informed her I get discounts through my work. Then she said, "Well, hopefully we can fit in that park too!" So, as long as I talk about Harry Potter.....all is good in my Disney planning! ;)

Can't wait to see the rest of the pictures! Madison received a "Best of the Class" award for 8th grade and they had a special program to receive their awards. I started tearing up but when the Superintendant started talking about the next 4 years and graduation...the waterworks started! Keith looked at me, rolled his eyes and said "Really?"...I punched him!! :lmao:

Thank goodness for DIS because I get the glass eyed look all the time from Keith when I start talking Disney!! :confused3 I ask him what the difference in him always talking to me about how bad MS State baseball has gotten and me talking about Disney (or traveling in general). That usually shuts him up for a while!! :)

Hollie is just pure sweetness. What a doll.

It looks to be red with blonde highlights. I actually love it. That is very in style right now. Lots of people have two toned or 3 toned hair right now. (Including myself LOL). I worked in a salon for many years, and it was just starting to be the rage when I stopped working. The only thing with her is the color is a little harsh for her skin, but not as bad as some older ladies I see.
