Hi guys! We have always gone in June, so I've never paid much attention to free dining - therefore I know NOTHING.....

When is it usually offered?
How do you get it?
Can I make a reservation now?

I'm sure I'll think of more, but that's it for now.

A bounceback was offered for those that were there for free dining last year (we were able to book while we were at Disney). The offer is usually good for late in August through most of September, if not all of September. IF they offer it again this year, it is usually announced to Disney Visa cardholders some time in March and then offered to the general public in early April.

No, you can not reserve it now becasue don't know if it is being offered and can't until it is offered. You can book your package now (room, tickets, etc.) and if they offer the free dining you can then call and see if you can get it added to your package. It will depend on whether your dates are covered and if there are rooms at your resort available for the package.

When is it usually offered?
Usually in the spring (March/April) for travel in late August through September.
How do you get it?
You must book a room onsite at a non-discounted rate and also purchase park tickets for at least one day of your stay. You must also request the free dining using a yet to be issued special code.
Can I make a reservation now?
Not for the free dining. You should go ahead and make a reservation at wherever you wish to stay at the best rate you can find in case free dining isn't offered this year. But if it is released again, you will have to start from scratch.
