I have explained the dining plan to my Dad until I am blue in the face but he insists I am wrong!
Today he called Disney Dining today and was told (by some wacky CM whose name he refuses to give me) that at check in he could get the plan for only some of the nights of his stay or he could get it for some people in the party.:confused3
For example if 4 people are staying 5 nights that they could buy the plan for 4 people for 3 nights. Or if 4 people are in the room that they can buy the plan for 3 people for all five nights.
I say that neither of these is possible. That the plan is added to your reservation before you arrive and it is for the number of nights and the number of people in that room. I think this is true for regular rooms and DVC reservations.
I have heard that sometimes you can add people to the plan after you are already there. Say Aunt Susie decides to join you on day 3/5 and you add the dining plan for her. I am not sure this is really true and if is it do you buy all five nights or only the 3 she would stay?
HELP!
