How many nights are you staying? As of now you would need 8 credits for your meals. AFA paying OOP, I would do it for one of the breakfast ADR's

I'm not sure how many nights you're staying. If you're on the standard DDP, you get one TS meal per night you're there.

Generally, breakfasts are cheaper than other meals, so the cheapest of those would probably be Tusker House or 'Ohana breakfast.

I also would probably drop one of the character meals (or change something in there) because between Chef Mickey's dinner, 'Ohana breakfast, and Tusker House breakfast, you're going to have a lot of the same characters.

Cystal Palace, Ohana's and Tusker House breakfasts are all $18.99 adults and $10.99 for 3-9 year old. Lunch and dinners would all be more then that so any breakfast OOP would be best.

we are staying March 17-24th so i'm over one meal.. I guess we can pay out of pocket at Ohana's since it's our last meal before the plane ride home.
Thank you.

My thought is to pay OOP for your last meal, just as you mention, but my reasoning is this: by the time we got toward the middle of our trip, we weren't interested in any more TS. So we cut a couple. If you cancel one for any reason, and you've already paid OOP, you'd still have a TS credit. Which you may not use. Just a thought.

By my count you are actually 2 credits over your allotment.

Mar 17-24th is 7 nights, therefore you will get 7 TS credits. You have reserved 8 meals which will require 9 TS credits (CRT is 2 credits).

My experience is that we usually end up missing a meal or having lots of extra snack credits and/or CS credits. So, I wouldn't recommend paying OOP early in your trip because you may find that it's not necessary in the end.

However, that said, I'd recommend either the breakfasts or CRT be your OOP choice. As others have said, the breakfasts tend to be cheaper and because it's 2 credits, CRT tends to have less value per credit.

Another option to consider is whether you would prefer to share food and eat less at Le Cellier, in which case it would be a good OOP option. But, Le Cellier is generally more expensive than other meals, so, you'd have to look into whether this is really a cost saving measure.

Maybe i counted wrong.. i know CRT counts as 2 credits and everyday except my first night i have a charcter meal and then at Epcot i have 2 meals. Who know's we may not have time on Tuesday before we leave to eat ohana's and if we do then i'll just payfor it.
