I wasn't sure where to post this so I'm going to attempt to post it here.

I'm usually so good at packing, and typically start laying things out as early as possible but I'm just worried about forgetting something. We are leaving on 1/17 and staying until 1/22. I know it gets cool at night (in fact, possibly quite cold) in January - here's what I've got:

"The basics", PJs, t-shirts, long sleeve t-shirts, Capris, jeans, pants (one nice pair), cardigan and a heavy cardigan that I usually wear on the plane, toiletries, etc.

Camera, iPod, extra camera cards, itinerary, flight info, vouchers, hotel info, luggage tags (well, they'll be on the luggage), DH's laptop.

What else were you happy you brought that's out of the ordinary?
Thanks! Jen

One weird thing I always bring is a small pair of scissors. I know it's odd, but I've always ended up using them. (Had to shorten poncho for ds, had to take tags off new clothes/hats, open packaging, yada, yada).

Also, don't forget the chargers for your electronic devices!

I saw this list earlier. It seems to be a pretty good one.

I like to bring plastic ziploc type baggies that way when you go to the buffet and you grab cookies you can't eat then you can save them for the hotel later. Also you can put your cell phone in them when you are on water rides, wish I did that last time I went I ruined my cell on the rapids ride in AK. Also a small umbrella. I have one that fits inside my little backpack it comes in handy when it rains and it doesn't take up much space.
