Info about the restaurant review contest?

I know this was mentioned on a recent show. I remember the due date being January 31st and that info would be posted. Did it change? I haven't seen anything. Am I just being impatient? ;)

Hey everyone. Longtime listener, short time lurker, and first time poster. I decided to actually write because like the earlier poster, I always wanted to enter the first review contest and just never got around to it. After this week's show I finally forced myself to buckle down and actually reviewed a fictional restaurant.

Kevin, I disagree with you many times when it comes to reviews (especially Ohanas), but your segments with John are the parts I look forward to the most outside of the Disney News and a classic Peter rant. I'm glad you've tried to get many people to try out Tijuana Flats, probably the best bang-for-the-buck restaurant I've ever been to. I forgot how much I enjoyed them as there aren't any of them over on the East Coast of Florida, but I was lucky to spend the New Year over in Tampa where they have several. I even bought a bottle of sauce to bring home with me!

On our last show, we talked about one of things we loved about our jobs and that was the fact that we were 100% honest with people.

In keeping with that honesty, I will tell you that last year was a bit of a nightmare. Two weeks after my last post on this thread (1/11/09) my first retina detached and the year seemed to go downhill from there.

Last December, my computer crashed and I lost just a great deal of stuff. My email files were among the stuff lost.

Many of the contest entries were done via email and I have no way of getting them back.

There has not been a winner declared and at this point, I wont be able to do that as I dont have the reviews submitted.

I apologize to anyone I have disappointed.
