The following thread documents the problems someone faced when losing their UNUSED park tickets, it's worth thinking about taking measures to help you to recover your tickets if you ever were to lose yours

Advice that's worth it's wait in gold.
I am always very careful, use the in-room safe, double check etc. but on our last trip we lost a ticket. We even knew where & when we must have lost it but nothing turned up. I had never thought to make a note of the numbers on the back so we phoned lost property-no joy. They said try again the next day & if nothing, go to a Park & ask for help at Guest Services. So we went to MGM and had to wait ages in the Queue, then were told that because we had bought them on-line from Ticketmania Disney were able to track the ticket & issue a new one while voiding the old one. BUT if we had bought the ticket in the UK they would have had no record & wouldn't have been able to help us.
Moral of the story is
Make a note of the numbers the minute your tickets arrive & if you buy them here from Keith Prowse etc. make DOUBLY sure you have the numbers somewhere safe.
