Someone help me with my docs ?

Do I fill out and sign for my DD's 5 and 2. If I don't want them to have charging privledges, do I still fill out the form with the credit card info for them?

I sign Matthew's names on his documents followed by the words "By mother". You only need to fill out one charge slip for the entire family. Only include the names of the persons who will be charging to the room on this document.

I left it blank until I got there because I didn't know either but on all the forms they told me to sign my name on the minors form on their signiture line.

As far as charging privileges for the kids, you need togo to Guest Services on the ship and remove them from charging on the card. I did that.
