Free Dining in August/September Date for past few years?

A group of friends and I are trying to plan a trip to Disney in September, but they want to go during free dining. I can't remember the exact dates of when Free Dining, not bounceback, was for last year, 2007, 2006 and 2005. If anyone knows the dates it would be appreciated, for pre-planning purposes.

but I do know the range was late August thru late September (20th or so) and even if you start your trip the last day of Sept. that it is offered, you are entitled to free DDP for the duration of your trip.

When I originally called to book two rooms at POP (which by the way I let cancel because my kids want ASMovies instead) - anyway - I was flexible on my dates but knew I wanted to go in Sept. 09 and the agent who took my call said I would be better off earlier in the month of September versus later in the month of September. So, for us we are gambling on 9/5-9/21 for our dates....hope this helps a bit.

I did a google search for this information just the other day because I'm contemplating it as well. The dates were as follows:

2005- 8/21-10/4
2006- 8/13-9/30
2007- 8/26-9/22
2008- 8/24-9/20

It seems to be ending earlier every month. Maybe that's why the CM told the pp that the best bet would be earlier in the month. However, in the last 2 years the dates also started a week before Labor Day. This year Labor Day is later than the last 2 years. It was 9/1 in 2008 and will be on 9/7 in 2009.

we had this offer in the uk for sept with free dining and we booked so if they offered to us already i'm sure they will offer it to us residents

I hope its not the 20th..... I think we are booking the for the 21. Should we plan it earlier? I wanted to take advantage of my Birthday on the 22nd, Food and Wine and Halloween.

I booked the bounce back and Oct. 1 is the last day at the value rate. Then you are paying more for your room.
