Quick help please!! BCV room set ups

I need to call MS to book my trip for December. I'm a newbie and am unsure of what the room choices are at BCV.

I will be booking a 1BR. Do I need to know of any "special" set ups when I call in? This is my first booking as a DVC member.

I've seen comments about dedicated 2Q rooms and other options. It is just DH, DD and I traveling. Are there any king beds in a 1BR? Will the other beds be a day bed or pull out type couch?

Can anyone give me a quick lesson of what the room options are at BCV???

For a 1 bedroom, the only option is a king in the bedroom and a queen sofabed in the living room. The 2 queens applies to 2 bedrooms (second bedroom).
