I watched the epcot cam last night.

9PM I switched it to full screen and I watched it with the fam it was interesting.

For those needing their Illuminations fix this was pretty awesome.

The sound isnt great and even the image would get blurred with too many fireworks but again it's just an easy fix if your a junkie.

It was broadcast from the Japan pavilion. About 260 people were watching. good times good times.

Are these live webcams, or are they "rebroadcasts"? I'm at work right now so I can't look at them (they are blocked).

I went to the second link posted by OP.

Right now the second link has three webcams. The first is blacked out. The second is lake buena vista and the third is the poly beachfront.

Last night the second webcam was epcot. It was live. People were chatting along with the webcam host before during and after illuminations. Dont have much more info. Not sure if it was a CM or not etc. I just checked it out and it happened to work for me last night.
