After a month of gluttony, I am having a hard time breathing when I sit down in my jeans!!!! I need to get rid of a bit of holiday cheer so I am looking for wholesome, homemade good food recipes that taste good and are lo-cal or low fat or weight watcher types. Any recommendations as to web sites etc??Thanks in advance...

Read the post as "local" not lo-cal I thought about posting a recipe for poutine.
Don't think it would fit with your new way of eating.

Try this site out.

Try the weight watchers web site...I got a turkey chili recipe off of there the other day that's quite good.

Leanne Ely's Saving Dinner website usually has some good recipes and you can sign up for the free WW newsletter too - also the American Heart Association is one my sister sent me for greath health info.
