I currently have ressies at POFQ for July, but for some reason, the Contemporary has been calling to me over the past couple of weeks! I do have a couple of questions though, and if someone could help, I would be grateful!

1. How is the room set up? Specifically, in most of the other deluxes there is a wall dividing the sink area from the main room area. Is it like this in the Contemporary?

2. I was looking at the hotel layout map. Is it safe to say that the way the map is shown is the way you would look at the hotel from the front entrance? What I mean is, are rooms 25-48 facing the Seven Seas Lagoon and rooms 1-24 facing Bay Lake?

If anyone knows the answers to these questions, please let me know!

Thanks!

Try wdwig.com (http://www.wdwig.com) Deb has a link to all the resorts and some info that might help with the Contemporary.

A note: the view from the 15th floor deck is awesome.

for some reason I don't recall the bathroom being split in the wings at the contemporary but I know they are in the Tower Club class.

ya know, now that I think about it, I don't think the rooms have the sink outside, do they?

What I'm really concerned with is an area that is sectioned off from the rest of the room, because I'm travelling with a friend and having that little wall in between really helps for changing purposes.

The entire bathroom is completely separate in a CR room. You open the outer bathroom door and find the double sinks and shower/tub. You open another door IN this room and find the toilet and a vanity area.

1. How is the room set up?

As you walk in, the closet was on the left, and the door to the bathroom was to the right. Once you walked into the bathroom, there were double sinks to your left, and a tub straight ahead... on the right was a door to a separate area containing the toilet and another sink. As for the room, in our room, the dresser, TV and daybed were on the left, and a table was in front of the daybed and the sliding glass door. On the left there was a queen sized bed, a bedside table, another queen sized bed and then a chair, with a floor lamp behind it. We were on the 3rd floor South Wing, so although we could open the sliding glass door, there was no balcony...this was not a problem to us. On the 1st floor you will have a patio.

We stayed in the North Garden Wing. The rooms are very large & sleep 5. Bathroom is large also. If you want a patio request a 1st floor.

The wings are deceiving to look at. It looks as though there are balconies on every floor, however, the sliding doors open on the 2nd & 3rd but that's it. You can't even step outside.

If you don't want to do a lot of walking to the Food & Fun Center request a room close to the main building.

The CR was very nice. We really enjoyed it. Staying there again next year in April.
