These are my reservations as of right now. We have 7 TS credits on the DDP and so two of them will need to be paid for out of pocket. Anyone know which one we would be better off paying for ourselves?
Hollywood and Vine Dinner
Teppan Edo Dinner
Le Cellier Lunch
1900 Park Fare Dinner
Boma Breakfast (twice as we are at AKL)
Tusker House Breakfast
Crystal Palace Dinner
Sci Fi Diner Lunch
Thanks!

Sci-Fi should be one of the cheaper ones.
Not sure what is the pricing like at Boma for breakfast? It might be cheaper than Tusker House breakfast as it's a character meal.

Boma breakfast is pretty cheap, I think about $18 or so.

Tusker House is a character meal? When did this happen and who is there? We use to drop by and get a pastry on our way to Safari and I know that has been a few years but wow I did not know that!

Definitely pay OOP for Boma brekkie, the value you get is nothing compared to what you'd pay for the others meals.
We're going to be paying OOP for Boma next time we go, we used up 2 TS credits for 2 meals there a few months back, and in hindsight would have paid OOP

Boma breakfasts, according to allears menu dated 10/08 it is $16.99, Tusker house is $18.99. Don't forget for the regular meals you need to add in the drink and dessert. Cheapest entree at Sci-Fi lunch is $11.99, and then adding a drink and dessert if you want it, you would go above Boma's breakfast. I guess if you decided to share an Appitizer and an entree for two people you could probably spend less at Sci-fi, but if you are eating a normal meal there, Boma is the way to go on Pay out of pocket.

Working on planning out our ADR's and want to use one Table Service Credit for a breakfast in one of the 4 parks, not a resort location. Which park/restaurant would you recommend for table service breakfast? Thanks.

If you have kids, a character breakfast at the Tusker House in AK is a good option. Good food and fun characters.

Personally, my favorite breakfast destination at WDW is the Kona Cafe in the Polynesian resort. They have a couple of delicious breakfast dishes served nowhere else. My wife can't stop raving about the Tonga Toast.
But you said a breakfast destination in a park. None really compare well to the Kona Cafe, but the Tusker House buffet is pretty good compared to other in-park breakfasts I have had.
Good luck... maybe somebody else will have another suggestion.

We are staying at a Value Resort without a rental car so I was trying to save some time by eating in a park rather than doing all the transfers to a resort. From which park and which method of transfer would be the best if we chose the Kona Cafe? Most mornings we will eat in our room to save time before we head out for the day, but we did want to do one breakfast out.

You can go to the Magic Kingdom by bus and then take the resort monorail to the Polynesian where Kona is located (bonus is you get to ride the monorail). It isn't as convoluted a transfer as some of the others out there.
