Buying Park Hopper in Canada

Hi All, I have an aunt who can purchase Park Hopper passes for me in Toronto for our trip to WDW. It is a great rate and they are offering a special deal at the Disney Store. My problem or question is, being from Michigan if I go to use them will there be any problem at the gate. I would just hate to but tickets, then not be able to use them and have to purchase new ones at the gate. Thanks to all!

Where in Toronto is the Disney Store? We're taking the kids up there this summer for a week and I would love to get them up there for our trip in October. With the exchange rate you can't go wrong.

I'm positive that when I exchanged my voucher they checked my ID. When you buy at the Disney store do they give actual passes or vouchers? Not to rain on your parade but I am positive they had something in place to prevent border crossing and buying tickets. Good luck though, it is a great deal!

Hi! I'm a CM at The Disney Store in Canada. The special offer that you were talking about has already ended. Tickets expired on May 13th. The passes came in a sealed envelope, but as far as I know, they were actual passes and not vouchers. However, a fellow CM called down to WDW last year and asked about whether or not you had to prove you were CDN. She was told that the passes are only for use by Canadians and that Canadian guests should carry some form of id. Whether or not the ids were actually checked, I'm not sure. Although this offer is over, I'm sure that there will be another one in the fall or winter, so if you're still thinking about trying, just keep in mind that if they were to check and find that you weren't Canadian, they wouldn't let you use the passes.

Returned from a trip two weeks ago using the CDN passes deal and I was never checked at any of the 4 or water parks.

Does that deal come out in October ????
