I want to book our vacation for November and we want to stay at the poly. I got a price from the Disney Club Card (magic package) for 4 nites, with park passes, transfers, insurance, and a charactor breakfast for about 2,225. No airfare included. Does this sound high? Now, which building to request? I have two 6 y/o daughters. I read that someone stayed in the Hawaii Bld and it had an ordor....Let me know. Thank you.

The Hawaiian building is Concierge. Are you concierge ?
Are you staying GV or LV?
Tahiti is a nice building for LV that isn't concierge.
I would suggest staying on the 2 or 3rd floor for a better view of the castle if you are LV.
I can't help with the GV's sorry.

I always use Deb Wills WDW Information Guide Website (http://www.wdwig.com) to check on anything concerning WDW including the 'Suggested Retail' room rates.

Then I use the MouseSavers Website (http://www.mousesavers.com) to keep track of what the best prices are.

And finally for Polynesian specifics the best website is the Tikiman's. (http://tikiman2001.homestead.com)

Also these discussion boards are a fantastic resource of course!

I personally have never had a problem with any odors at the Polynesian, but on one visit my wife smelled something when we were taken to our room - she told the bellman and he called the front desk and we were immediately moved to a different room. So if there is anything you don't like about your first room mention it to the bellman and I'll bet it will get taken care of ASAP.

We have stayed at the Polynesian twice and requested the Tokelau bldg both times, has a great location. It has garden view or quiet pool view. We have gotten garden view and no odor at all.

We like Rarotonga. Check out Tikiman's site. It is filled with info.
