There's a story on MSNBC's web page today from the Washington Post about a mite that's killing off millions of honey bees and how it could affect our ecological system. Thought you guys would be interested in reading it.

That's a very interesting and disturbing article Rafiki3. I wonder if the mites are causing that much trouble here in Canada?
This really sums it up;
The stakes are high, and not just for Apis mellifera. At the booth, Berry stuck up a quotation attributed to Albert Einstein: ?If the bee disappeared off the surface of the globe then man would only have four years of life left.?
