Checked in around 1pm and room was ready in 3537 on Turtle Pond. CM at check in was very efficient and pleasant. After I got keys, waited for concierge desk to get print-out of dining reservations. there was only 1 person infront of me, but one of the managers asked me what I needed and she offered to print it out for me at another terminal..very nice service. 1 bedroom unit is in perfect condition..and immaculate as have all my stays been since becoming a member in 1994. Hanging around resort tomorrow before CP and dinner at Le Cellier....Happy Holidays

Keep you informed....crowds seem much less than the past 3 years that we have been here for xmas week.
